Freeze! This is a stick-up! (has anyone said that in the last 70 years?)
Just a few things, and I know this is Anika's purview, but there are some issues that I think we'll need to work out as a group.
First, do we want the ToP Bank to mirror our (pretty well managed, I'd say) ToC Bank? If so, who should manage it? If Anika doesn't want it, will someone else step up? I can do it if noone else wants to.
Everything else concerns the ToC Bank (and maybe the Power side if we decide it should mirror the Courage side)...
Starting from the top... should we start including food items in the liquor cabinet? There are some rare food items that can help earn titles and complete some assignment chains. These incude Hearts of Targ, Tulaberries, Bajoran Moba Fruits, etc... I remember having to shell out a lot of EC on the exchange for a stupid Heart of Targ. I'm not super proud of that purchase, but I've got the A.D.D. when it comes to mission completion, so there you go...
Next, the Doom Cookie Jar... What's that for, exactly? It's kind of always been a generic dumping ground for unwanted boxes of crap such as lockboxes and those Nukara boxes with uncommon armor. Should we re-purpose this repository as a second space gear one, or something, or just leave it as a dedicated lockbox storage zone?
Science I like, but I fear for the Science repository. It is super tempting to take from that bank in order to finish the science project for the Fleet Starbase. I've done it myself when that project was close to completion. If that's allowed to happen, we will drain that repository before we make it to Tier 3, and that will make crafting really annoying going forward.
Space Storage is good too. I like that we have a limit now. Rare and Very Rare items only, and only Mk X and up. I think that's a good idea. But, I'd like to amend it slightly. I think it should be for Mk X items ONLY if they are Very Rare, for Mk XI items if they are Rare or Very Rare, and for Mk XII items if they are Uncommon or better. In the game, Mk X Very Rare = Mk XI Rare = Mk XII Uncommon. They are the same, statistically speaking. If we are considering Mk X Rares to be equal to Mk XII Rares, and Mk XII Uncommon items to be worthless, we are doing ourselves a disservice.
An alternative to this would be to allow for one step down - in other words Mk X Rare or better, Mk XI Uncommon or better, or Mk XII Common or better (all Mk XIIs). I actually think this would be the best way to go, at least until we refill the Bank, then we can re-think.
I think these same rules would work well for Ground Storage.
As for Consumables, I'm noticing that not all batteries are created equal. I'm personally using pretty much every weapons battery that gets put in there. I'm going to start doing what I can to refill it when I empty it. If I don't, someone smack me or something.
I like the Commodities bank as it is - probably because again, I do withdraw from it. If you all don't use your commodities, I am super happy to take them off your hands. I use them all the time!
I like the Jr Officer bank too. If you all don't know this already, you can all get Mk V or whatever gear still even as a Vice Admiral. Go to any Enemy Contact in any Sector Block and blast away at the hapless intruding fleets. It's excellent stress relief. I highly recommend it.
I think that's all I've got. (This isn't really a stick-up)
