So, I was recently gifted one of these for my Fed sci character. Problem is, I know nothing about carriers when it comes to sci powers and stuff. Anyone have suggestions as to what skills and weapons I should put on this?

That build looks pretty solid, and I have most of that equipment too. I might change some of the sci powers around a bit though. Any ideas as to what my ship's power settings should be at?

for that you should make a calculation involving all Systems with extras on energy Levels. the recluse itselfs brings +5 to engine and auxiliary power Levels. So check all other things you want to build in or use. The Display ingame wont Show you all, highest Point in that diagram is 125 Points but it Counts up to 150 Points. Thats why it is best to plan this on paper.
higher powerlevels as 150 Points are useless, its surpluss can be spend in other Systems better. 150 Points? yepp, aux energy to weapons one brings also 22 Points for weapons, aux power to shields two brings an extra of 30 Points to shilds.
A high auxiliar energy Level is good for Bridge officer powers and heal so it is more important for science officers than for tacticals

Just wanted to comment that the build is solid as hell. I've done 12 Elite STF's now with this ship and I haven't died yet. This ship solos elite cubes like a dream.
